The Role
As a Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by connecting with business decision-makers and identifying opportunities within the business energy market.
You'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to generate new business leads and appointments.
* Building and managing your own pipeline.
* Qualifying prospects and understanding their utility requirements.
* Working towards targets with a genuinely uncapped commission structure.
* Developing your skills with the opportunity to progress into sales closing and future leadership roles.

* Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound sales environment
Experience Required
* Previous experience in the energy sector as a lead generator, telesales exec, appointment setter, or outbound sales exec.
* A proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
