Key Responsibilities
* Assemble components accurately and efficiently to the required specifications
* Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Follow detailed work instructions, production processes, and quality standards
* Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is preferred
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* The ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* A reliable and hardworking approach to work
