Key Responsibilities:
As a CNC Programmer, you'll be at the heart of production, ensuring high-quality machining and efficient operations:
Work with modern CNC Machine Tools, both electrical and mechanical systems
Program and operate Fanuc OI-TC and I series controls
Cut a range of materials including aluminium and stainless steel
Apply manual machining skills where needed
Interpret drawings and tolerances accurately, adapting to special machining requirements
Use precision measuring equipment for quality assurance
Complete paperwork within ISO9001 & AS9100 standards
Stay flexible and self-motivated to meet the business's evolving needs
What we're looking for:
We want candidates who are precise, driven, and experienced:
Proven CNC Programmer experience, ideally with CNC Turner or CNC Machinist background
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge of CNC machines
Experience with Fanuc controls
Able to work with a variety of materials and processes
High attention to detail and quality-focused
