MUST HAVE'S
* Experience in warehouse or logistics environment
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Willingness to learn new systems
* Ability to supervise and motivate a small team
NICE TO HAVE'S
* Previous experience handling medical supplies or waste
* Knowledge of cold-chain logistics
* Health and safety awareness in warehouse settings
SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Supervise a team of 2-3 part-time warehouse staff
* Manage all warehouse procedures including goods in/out and stock rotation
* Oversee stock management and conduct stock takes
* Pick and pack items for delivery
* Receive and dispose of used flu boxes and medical waste safely
* Coordinate with courier and transport partners for logistics
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Liaise with the administrative team based in Manchester
