DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Responsive Plumber to join a well-established team working across Social Housing properties in the Launceston area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a secure, permanent position with a competitive salary and company vehicle provided.
The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of responsive maintenance and repair works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Duties will include:
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
* Responsive repairs and maintenance
* General plumbing repairs within domestic properties
* Working in occupied and void social housing properties
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Plumber
* Experience in 1st and 2nd fix plumbing is essential
* Experience within Social Housing or domestic properties is desirable
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
