The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

You'll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
What you'll be doing
Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio
Host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive
Serve drinks from our Leisure Bowl bar

Your working hours
Part-time
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 96 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
Shift Lengths will typically range from 4 to 8 hours.
Must be fully flexible and able to work shifts between 7:00am and midnight, across 7 days per week.
Expected to work on a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

Confident using IT systems and software
Due to bar service, applicants must be aged 18 years or over
