Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator on behalf of our client based in Thame.
We are looking for a highly organised, confident and proactive Senior Administrator to join a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to take on more responsibility within a professional and fast-paced working environment.
The Role
As Senior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while helping to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day administrative duties
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Processing and preparing documentation
Handling emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
Producing reports and updating spreadsheets
Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
Organising meetings, appointments and relevant documentation
Monitoring and maintaining filing systems
Supporting management with administrative tasks and projects
Assisting with improving office processes and procedures
Ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Professional, reliable and proactive approach
