We are currently recruiting for an experienced Backshift Supervisor to join a growing logistics company within a busy, fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated leader with strong supervisory experience looking to progress within an expanding business.
Key Duties:
Supervising and supporting backshift logistics operations to ensure smooth daily performance
Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet productivity and operational targets
Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and workflow
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Managing shift planning and staff allocation effectively
Maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service
Reporting operational issues and implementing solutions quickly
Supporting the training and development of team membersRequirements:
Previous supervisory or team leader experience within logistics, warehouse, or
Operational environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Good problem-solving and organisational skills
Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
