The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a great opportunity for a Solar Sales Executive to join a modern, growing renewables business with very impressive facilities in Fareham.
This is not a hard sell environment, their approach is focused on understanding the customer, educating them on their options and providing genuinely bespoke solar solutions.
You’ll be joining a growing sales team where the majority of the role is spent meeting customers face to face, with around 75–80% of the sales activity taking place out in the field.

What the new Solar Sales Executive will be doing:
Meet prospective customers face to face, understand their requirements and discuss their energy needs.
Educate customers on solar PV, battery storage and the different solutions available to them.
Carry out consultative sales appointments, providing honest advice rather than relying on a hard-sell approach.
Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the full sales process.
Recommend bespoke solar solutions based on the customer's property, requirements and budget.
Work closely with the wider sales and installation teams to ensure customers receive a smooth experience from initial consultation through to installation.
Follow up with customers, answer questions and manage opportunities through to completion.
