* Full-time, office-based (37.5 hours per week)

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting the end-to-end payroll process, including timesheets, employee records and payroll administration
* Maintaining accurate payroll and financial records
* Assisting with payroll queries and ensuring employee information is kept up to date
* Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
* Supporting bank reconciliations and general finance administration
* Using Microsoft Excel to analyse payroll and financial data
* Assisting with ad-hoc accounts and payroll tasks as required
Skills and Requirements:
* Previous experience within Payroll, Payroll Administration, Finance Administration, Accounts Assistant or a similar finance role
* Payroll experience or exposure is highly desirable
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and data analysis (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Available to start immediately or within the next two weeks
