Pay (Chef de Partie):
PAYE from £18.49 per hour (inc. holiday pay)
UTR from £21.10 per hour (self-employed - UTR required)

Confident Chef de Partie (or above) with solid service experience
Able to run a section and integrate quickly into new teams
Professional, reliable, and standards-driven Requirements:
Food safety certification (or willingness to update)
Own knives and chef whites
Right to work in the UK
