What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree
* Previous experience working in a school or education setting is highly desirable
* Good knowledge of the secondary school curriculum
* Confidence managing and engaging students
* Excellent communication and classroom-management skills
* A calm, positive and professional approach
* The ability to create a focused and respectful learning environment
A teaching qualification is not essential. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, tutors and education professionals looking to build valuable secondary-school experience.

About the role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an important role in keeping learning on track when a teacher is unavailable.
You'll supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared lesson work, support students with their learning and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
