Your Background as a Junior IT Technician:
* Ideally hold a relevant related IT (or similar) qualification and have a genuine interest in IT through demonstrable hobbies, home projects, or self-learning.
* Any proven experience within an IT Support position supporting on site users would be highly advantageous.
* Local to Market Bosworth, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Leicester, Coalville or surrounding areas.
* Someone who is responsive, conscientious & highly organised.
* Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users in a friendly and professional way.
* Someone looking for a long-term career in IT support rather than a short-term stepping stone role.
Your Responsibilities as a Junior IT Technician:
* Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, including hardware, software, system and user issues.
* Diagnose and resolve basic IT faults, escalating more complex problems where necessary.
* Support setup, maintenance and replacement of IT equipment across the business.
* Help maintain records, documentation and basic system procedures.
* Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth and reliable IT operations.
