As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll spend your days inspiring curious minds through exciting play-based activities, storytelling, outdoor adventures, sensory learning, and creative exploration. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll support children as they develop confidence, independence, and key early learning skills in a warm and nurturing environment. Shifts are available between 8:00am and 6:00pm, offering full-time hours with a varied and rewarding working day.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent), or at least 6 months of relevant childcare experience
A good understanding of the EYFS Framework, Early Learning Goals and continuous provision
Confidence supporting children's learning through play, small group activities and everyday routines
A caring and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for Early Years education
Experience supporting personal care where required
A driving licence is helpful but not essential
