The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We’re seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle HR platform within a complex shared-services environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional Oracle HCM experience who enjoys working across live system support, continuous improvement, and change delivery.
You’ll act as a functional SME, working closely with HR stakeholders, delivery partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure Oracle Fusion HCM is stable, effective, and evolving in line with business needs.

Provide functional support and subject matter expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM

Support BAU operations including incidents, problems, and system changes

Identify and drive opportunities for process and system improvement

Produce accurate functional documentation for enhancements and regulatory changes

Support and lead functional testing and UAT activities

Work with internal teams, suppliers, and system integrators to deliver changes

Clearly communicate functional impacts, options, and recommendations
Essential skills & experience
*
Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
*
Experience across one or more HCM modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Time & Labour, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, or Learning
*
Proven experience in a functional analyst or application support role

Strong documentation skills (functional specs, change documentation, test evidence)

Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
