The Registered Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the care home, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and well-run environment.

The Role
* Provide strong, visible leadership across the home.
* Ensure care meets CQC regulations and high-quality standards.
* Promote a positive, caring, and inclusive culture.
* Oversee safeguarding, staffing, safety, and governance.
* Drive continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and learning.
* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and regulators.
About You
* You’ll need experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or care home.
* A nursing qualification isn’t essential- there’ll be a clinical lead within the service – but you will need to be qualified to QCF 5 in Social Care Leadership and Management or have a nursing qualification if not.
* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice
* Confident, approachable leader with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about dignity, respect, and person-centred care
