We're looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer Multi to join our Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our social housing residents. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take pride in your work, providing excellent plastering services alongside a range of general property maintenance tasks. What You Will Do
As a Plasterer Multi, you'll carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work to our housing stock, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll undertake plastering works and support other property repair activities as required, working independently and alongside colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes for residents. You'll accurately record work completed using electronic systems, manage materials effectively, identify when specialist trades are needed, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you'll hold a recognised NVQ or equivalent qualification in Plastering and possess a full, clean driving licence. You'll have strong practical skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a commitment to health and safety best practice. Experience working within social housing is desirable, and you'll be comfortable using handheld technology to record and update repair information. Above all, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent service to residents.
