Hours: 39 hours per week
Our client is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their responsive repairs team, covering properties within approximately a 90-minute radius of Swindon.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation carrying out responsive electrical repairs, with occasional work on void properties.
The Role
Carry out responsive electrical repairs in occupied properties.
Complete occasional work on void properties.
Manage approximately 5-6 jobs per day.
Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in every 7).
Cover properties within approximately a 90-minute radius of Swindon.
Requirements
Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
Previous experience in responsive repairs, maintenance, or social housing is desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
