The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the Role
We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Administrator to join our busy office in Wolverhampton. This is a fast-paced role supporting our plumbing and construction operations, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently and customers receive excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience within the plumbing, construction, or building services industry and understand how trades operate. Knowledge of electrical services would also be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing incoming calls and emails from customers.
* Booking and rebooking appointments and reactive maintenance works.
* Liaising daily with plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople.
* Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads.
* Providing customers with updates on job progress.
* Raising and updating job records accurately.
* Ordering materials and assisting with supplier coordination where required.
* Handling general office administration and maintaining accurate records.
* Working closely with the management team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration or office coordination experience.
* Knowledge of the plumbing and construction industry is essential.
* Electrical industry knowledge would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional, reliable, and confident when dealing with customers and contractors.
