The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role, with a strong focus on developing client relationships, winning new work, and helping drive the continued growth of the business.
Working closely with the Directors, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Bristol office while continuing to lead the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion
Developing and managing key client relationships
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Preparing fee proposals and supporting tender submissions
Working with the Directors to grow the Bristol office and expand the client base
Leading project teams and providing mentorship to junior Project Managers
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
Representing the business at networking events and industry functions
What we're looking for:
Proven Project Management experience within a consultancy environment
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
Track record of winning work and generating repeat business
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Chartered status (MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB) preferred
Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach
Ambitious and motivated to help grow a successful consultancy
