The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
Build strong client relationships and win new business
Source, screen and interview candidates
Deliver fast, high‑quality placements (temp or perm)
Drive sales activity: cold calls, meetings, account development
Work to KPIs, revenue targets and team goals
Collaborate with compliance to ensure quality placements
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Delivery Consultant
Keen to progress into or develop within a 360 recruitment role
Sales‑driven, proactive and relationship‑focused
Resilient, ambitious and target‑motivated
Must hold a driving licence
