Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support a major business transformation programme in Birmingham. This role will focus on minute taking, action tracking, meeting coordination and governance support.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Attend and minute regular project and governance meetings.
Record decisions, actions, owners and deadlines.
Maintain action trackers and follow up outstanding actions.
Coordinate meetings, agendas and meeting packs.
Maintain accurate and confidential project records.Essential skills:
Previous experience as a Senior PA, EA or similar role.
Experience taking formal minutes at senior level.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
