We are delighted to be supporting our wonderful client in their search for a Temporary Personal Assistant. This role would suit a professional and organised individual with previous PA or senior administrative experience looking to make an immediate impact.
Duties:
Provide PA and administrative support to senior leadership
Manage diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports and other documentation
Organise meetings, events and travel arrangements
Take minutes and circulate actions where required
Handle enquiries, emails and telephone calls professionally
Maintain confidential records, filing systems and documentation
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the leadership officeThe ideal candidate:
Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
DBS on file or willing to undergo a DBS check
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
Professional, discreet and proactive approach
