You will play a key role in supporting managers across the organisation, delivering expert HR guidance while ensuring best practice and full compliance with UK employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
* Manage a high-volume caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
* Support a rapidly growing workforce with timely, pragmatic HR solutions
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and kept up to date
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
* Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a busy HR Adviser or HR Generalist role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly reactive environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification (desirable)
