The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Wynnstay Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Warehouse Assistant at our busy Llansantffraid Depot, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service for our valued farmer customers.

Responsibilities:
* Service customers and provide advice (where qualified) in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
* Carry out warehouse duties including receiving and stacking goods, order picking, paperwork, and assisting customers with bulky items and vehicle loading (safely)
* Stock shelves, rotate stock, and assist with merchandising
* Assist with accurate and timely stocktaking
* Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
* Provide general support to product specialists and other team members
* Support promotional campaigns
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store yard, gardens, and overall site
* Be flexible to provide cover at other stores when required
* Meet agreed performance objectives through the appraisal process
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
* Ability to perform a manual handling role
* Willingness to operate a forklift safely and undertake training if not already licensed
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Good customer care skills.
Desirable:
* Holding a Counterbalance Forklift Licence (or similar) already
* Agricultural knowledge or experience
