What you'll be doing:
Running your branch like it's your own business, with full P&L responsibility in a competitive, sales-focused environment.
Driving sales, growing margin and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
Building strong relationships with traders and customers to win new business and generate repeat sales.
Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to deliver outstanding results.
Continuously looking for ways to improve how your branch operates.
Creating a winning culture – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
What we're looking for:
A people-focused leader who knows how to get the best out of a team.
A proven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets.
Someone who's resilient, driven and thrives on success.
A customer-first mindset – we pride ourselves on top-tier service.
A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training).
You'll ideally come from a KBB, trade, DIY or building supplies background. If you've got the right attitude and a proven sales record, we'll teach you the rest.
