Staffline is recruiting Production and Skilled Operatives in Attleborough.
This role is working 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6pm - 6am.
Pay rates are:
- Up to 45 hours £16.33 per hour
- Overtime after 45 hours £24.50 per hour
Your Time at Work
As Skilled Operative, you will prepare and batch sauce ingredients for our award-winning meals, ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points (CCP's) and Food Safety procedures. No worries if you're new- full training is provided. Other duties include:
- Produce and package food products to high quality standards
- Work to customer specifications and production targets
- Handle both raw meat and ready-to-eat products
- Carry out manual handling tasks as part of your role
- Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.
- Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place.

Candidates with previous food manufacturing or skilled experience may be considered for higher pay rates.
