Based at their offices in Surrey (KT23), you will work closely alongside an experienced Contracts Manager, assisting with the delivery and management of projects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Attending project sites throughout London and the Home Counties
* Monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the required quality standards
* Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times on site
* Providing regular progress updates and reports to the Contracts Manager
* Completing administrative tasks to support the efficient delivery of projects
Requirements:
* Proof of right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
* Ambition to develop a long-term career within the industry
