The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
·Removing and refitting body panels, trims and associated components.
·Carrying out chassis alignment and structural repairs where required.
·Using specialist body repair equipment to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
·Working from repair methods and job specifications to deliver high-quality repairs.
·Collaborating with estimators, paint technicians and the wider workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
·Conducting quality checks throughout the repair process to maintain high standards.
·Following all manufacturer guidelines and health and safety procedures.

About You
This role is ideal for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing exceptional repairs and enjoys working within a busy Bodyshop environment.

You'll ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques.
·Experience using body alignment equipment and repair tools.
·The ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
·A strong commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
·Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
·A full UK driving licence is preferred.
