ETAB-Recruits is recruiting an experienced Reception Team Leader for a prestigious corporate hospitality environment in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, service-driven hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of front-of-house service.
We are particularly interested in candidates from luxury hotels, premium corporate reception, airlines, guest services or other high-end hospitality environments.
The role
* Lead, motivate and support a professional reception team.
* Ensure every guest receives a warm, polished and memorable welcome.
* Maintain exceptional standards across reception and meeting room services.
* Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments and audiovisual requirements.
* Support team rotas, onboarding and performance development.
* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and guest experience.
About you
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a premium service environment.
* A strong background in reception, hospitality or guest services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A professional appearance and confident, welcoming manner.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A hands-on leadership approach and a genuine passion for customer service.
What's on offer?
* £33,000 annual salary.
* Permanent, full-time employment.
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift rota between 7am and 8pm.
