SEN Experience Needed
Experience supporting children with SEND is essential, but this does not have to come from a school setting.
We welcome applicants with:
Personal experience supporting SEND
Care or support work backgrounds
Nursery or childcare experience
Youth work or mentoring experience
Previous school-based SEN support experience
