The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
I'm working with a growing international business looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to own consignments end to end, build relationships with carriers, and keep supply chains moving across the UK, EU, and worldwide. This is a site based role, Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00.

You'll be reporting into a Logistics Manager who is a brilliant mentor, someone who invests in developing the people in his team.
What you'll be doing
* Owning consignments end to end, from dispatch through to customer delivery
* Tracking shipments and managing exceptions, making sure everything is logged, communicated, and followed up
* Building strong partnerships with carriers and suppliers
* Working closely with internal teams: sales, warehouse, IT, and accounts
* Helping establish SLAs with internal stakeholders
* Preparing shipping and basic customs documentation
* Supporting the wider logistics team day to day
What we're looking for
* Strong analytical skills, confident using data to spot problems and solve them
* Strong Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots; macros/VBA a bonus)
* Comfortable with freight costs and KPI reporting
* Organised, detail driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks
* A clear communicator, confident at all levels
* Proactive, happy with autonomy, and enjoys suggesting improvements
Nice to have
* Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or procurement (uni, placements, or work)
* ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or freight software
* Basic knowledge of international shipping and freight terminology
