The role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils and teachers across a range of primary schools, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
You may be involved in:
Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
Assisting teachers with classroom activities
Supporting learning and development
Helping with classroom routines and behaviour
Working with different year groups and school teamsWe're looking for:
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or recognised equivalent
Previous experience working with children in a school setting
A genuine passion for supporting children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work across different schools in Warrington
A current DBS check, or willingness to obtain oneWhy supply?
Supply gives you the flexibility to experience different schools, meet new people and develop your skills, while maintaining control over your availability.
