This is a long-term position focused on the final stages of the build, ensuring every plot is handed over to the client and homeowners in "show-home" condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing final internal snagging lists to a high standard.
Adjusting doors, ironmongery, and kitchen units.
Fixing minor timber defects, skirting, and architrave touch-ups.
Mastic/silicone application to kitchens and bathrooms.
Identifying and rectifying defects to ensure plots are "customer-ready."
Working closely with the Site Manager to meet strict handover deadlines.
What You'll Need:
Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).
Proven experience in finishing and snagging on new build housing sites.
A full suite of your own tools (including cordless kit and fine finishing tools).
A keen eye for detail-you must be able to spot and fix the small things that others miss.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
Reliability and a professional manner when working on-site.
