Connect Central Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor who specialising in fast-track commercial and retail fit out projects.
The Role
We are looking for a confident Site Manager with strong experience managing trades, labour and subcontractors on fast-paced fit out projects.
Qualifications & Experience

Ideally from a joinery/carpentry background
*
Proven experience managing trades, labour and subcontractors
*
Previous experience working on fast-track retail fit out projects
*
Strong background in commercial fit out
*
Valid SMSTS & CSCS Card
*
Strong Health & Safety knowledge
*
IPAF desirable but not essential
*
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding site environment

£25.00 - £25.50 per hour
