Outstanding OFSTED Rated SchoolHere at Academics, we are on the hunt to find a skilled SEN teacher who would thrive in a mainstream Primary school setting, supporting children across KS2 with Autism.
This role would suit a SEN teacher with knowledge and experience teaching children with SEN and ensuring they can access the schools diverse and exciting school curriculum. The main area of SEN support required is ASD (Autism) with some children with complex and SEMH needs. The children are fully integrated into class and this role will see you running and intervention groups and working 121 where necessary to enhance and support their learning.

QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or relevant teaching qualifications.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new DBS)
Excellent Primary curriculum knowledge
Experience Teaching in SEND Settings
Willingness and adaptability to contribute to the wider school and local community.
