Think Education is looking for an experienced Maths teacher at middle leadership level for a fantastic Trust-wide opportunity based at Trust Headquarters in Manchester.

This is a chance to take your experience beyond the classroom and beyond one school, working across the Trust to improve Maths teaching, curriculum and outcomes.

We’re ideally looking for someone operating at Head of Department level who is ready to broaden their influence and take the next step in their career.

You’ll need:
🔹 Strong Maths teaching experience
🔹 Proven middle leadership / HoD experience
🔹 Excellent curriculum and subject knowledge
🔹 The ability to support and develop other teachers
🔹 Ambition to influence Maths provision across multiple schools
