About the Role
This is a fast paced, detail focused position supporting a key project. You will work closely with internal teams and act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring processes are followed accurately. This role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working with data and systems.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing accurate software quotations for new and existing clients
* Issuing licence agreements and supporting contract processes
* Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Transferring files from Microsoft Teams and SharePoint into internal portals with precision
* Supporting clients with queries and providing information as needed
* Assisting with invoice processing and general administrative tasks
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure project deadlines are met
Key Requirements
* Goal-oriented with a strong focus on completing tasks efficiently
* Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow processes consistently
* Confident using the Microsoft Office 365 Suite
* Experienced user of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
* Strong data entry experience
* Accurate transfer of files from Teams/SharePoint into internal systems
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
