This is a brilliant opportunity to get properly stuck in, using your process expertise to shape how products are made, not just what goes into them. You will be right at the centre of the action, optimising processes, troubleshooting on the factory floor, and working closely with NPD, Technical, Operations and Engineering teams to turn great ideas into products that work brilliantly at scale.
Expect plenty of variety, from process trials and product scale-up to problem-solving on the line when things don't go quite to plan. You will bring a sharp eye for detail, a genuine curiosity for how and why things work, and the confidence to challenge and improve processes that may have been "always done that way." To be considered, you will need solid process experience gained within UK food manufacturing, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work confidently across both office and factory environments.
