Roles & Responsibilities
Take control of day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations are smashed
Manage engineers, subcontractors, and supply chain to deliver responsive and planned works efficiently
Drive performance, tackle issues head-on, and implement improvements across service delivery
Handle disrepairs, complaints, and operational challenges with confidence and professionalismDesired Experience
5+ years within Maintenance or Facilities Management
Experience as a Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor, or Assistant Contract Manager
Strong technical knowledge of construction, repairs, and compliance
Relevant qualifications (HNC or above) or solid hands-on experienceKey Skills
Strong leadership – able to push teams and get results
Commercial awareness – understands cost, value, and performance
Confident communicator – able to deal with clients and challenge where needed
