Role: Project Administrator
Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Pay: £15 - £17 per hour
Term: Temporary
Location: Rural Gravesend, you must have your own transport to get there
Duties & Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the wider projects and operations team
Coordinating schedules, diaries, and workloads to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers
Managing project documentation, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records
Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Assisting with reporting, job tracking, and general office administration
Supporting with invoicing and documentation where required
Proactively identifying issues and helping to keep projects on track
About You
Previous experience in a busy administrative or project support role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
Strong communication skills - confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A team player with a positive and flexible approach
