We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North London, which is recruiting for a Homeownership Services Administrator on a fixed-term contract until March next year.
The salary is £34,975 per annum, with the opportunity to earn up to a 5% performance-related bonus.
The ideal candidate will have previous homeownership experience.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative assistance and support in the management of leasehold transactions
- Updating and maintaining leasehold transaction spreadsheets and data relating to new and ongoing applications
- Assisting with the onboarding of new shared owners and leaseholders
- Liaising effectively with managing agents, surveyors, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other agencies
- Participating in all sales activities and events as required
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace and the delivery of Homeownership Services
Experience required:
- Administrative experience
- Customer-facing experience

Working hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
