What You'll Be Doing:

Project Management & Contractor Oversight: Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and effective contractor management.
Condition Surveys & Defect Diagnosis: Conducting thorough condition surveys and expertly investigating building defects.
Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and smooth delivery.
License to Alter & Party Wall Matters: Managing critical aspects of property alterations and party wall agreements.
Client Support & Advice: Providing invaluable professional guidance and maintaining strong client relationships.
