As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate recording and management of vehicle movements and weights, while providing excellent administrative support on site.
Key Responsibilities
Operating the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights accurately
Managing inbound and outbound vehicle traffic in line with site procedures
Inputting data and maintaining accurate records and documentation
Handling basic administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and data entry
Communicating with drivers and site staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Previous administrative experience (weighbridge experience desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT and data entry skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
