Project Manager

Gateshead, North East (Office & Site Based)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Hybrid Working + Training + Long-Term Development

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an established multidisciplinary consultancy delivering a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the North of England. With a strong pipeline of secured work, you will take ownership of projects while becoming a key part of a growing regional team.

This multidisciplinary consultancy provides architectural, civil and structural engineering, environmental consultancy and project management services. Delivering projects from concept through to completion, the business works across commercial, industrial and public sector sectors, providing clients with a complete end-to-end service.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across the North of England. You will manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, coordinating design teams, contractors and clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Based from their Gateshead office, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong presence across live projects throughout the region, including locations such as Hull, Scarborough, Yorkshire and further afield. This role would suit someone who enjoys being site visible, building relationships and having ownership of project delivery.

The Role:

* Managing construction projects from inception through to completion
* Coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
* Managing programme, cost, quality, risk and health & safety
* Office based from Gateshead with regular site visits across the North of England

The Person:

* Project Management experience within construction
* Experience across commercial, industrial, refurbishment or similar projects
* Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
