We are looking for a customer orientated candidate who is able to work well under pressure to join a friendly travel company, based near Witham.

The details:
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
25 days holiday + bank holidays, rises with service
Competitive salary + commission

Transport needed due to company location
Main Duties:
Building relationships with customers and overseeing bookings
Providing advice to customers, from itineraries, to travel and accommodation
Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Working towards company set targets
Managing customer accounts and being a key point of contact
Ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the very highest level of satisfactionSkills needed: 

Proven experience delivering great customer service 
Ability to resolve problems, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Priorotising and managing workload in a fast paced environment
Able to use Microsoft packages and computer systems
A team player but also able to work alone when needed
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and having a commercial awareness
Confidence to speak to customers via phone and email
