The Role:
* Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN needs
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
What we’re looking for:
* A caring, patient and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Has relavant experiene or worked with children in the past 3 years
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
