- Provide extensive and complex diary and travel management across multiple time zones.
- Complex, high-volume billing support
- Inbox management, Diary management, Matter support
- True EA-level experience
- Adaptable and flexible — able to support multiple stakeholders if required
- Ability to work with high autonomy and manage competing demands independently
- Comfortable in a very busy, client-facing environment with high expectations
Legal EA at Magic Circle Law Firm experience includes:
- Senior level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a recognised law firm.
- Provide core EA competencies and billing familiarity
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- A high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience supporting very senior executives, in an Executive Assistant role.
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings.
- A high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite.
