Academics is currently recruiting caring, reliable, and qualified Nursery Assistants to support a nurturing nursery in Cheltenham.

Your Role:
Support daily nursery routines and activities
Encourage children through play-based learning
Help create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment
Assist with children's early years development and well-being
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Follow safeguarding and nursery policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For:
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Previous nursery or childcare experience preferred
A genuine passion for working with children
Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
Good understanding of children's development and safeguarding
Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS checkWhat's On Offer:
