Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
Collaborate with colleagues, receiving training from current team members to ensure seamless workflow
Organise and prioritise daily tasks to manage warranties effectively and meet deadlines
Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate warranty procedures
Maintain detailed records and documentation of warranty claims
Provide excellent customer service and support for warranty-related queriesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or similar automotive warranty role
Strong organisational and administrative skills with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical dealership systems
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers
Knowledge of automotive industry processes and warranty systems
Customer service experience within the automotive sector is desirable
